Will continue as CEO of GroupM South Asia

CVL Srinivas replaces Ranjan Kapur as country manager for WPP
CVL Srinivas has been appointed as country manager for WPP in India. He will also continue as CEO, GroupM South Asia.
 
Srinivas replaces Ranjan Kapur who will continue as chairman of WPP India.
 
A statement from WPP informed that Kapur will help Srinivas and also focus on his schools and foundation initiatives.
 
Sir Martin Sorrell, CEO, WPP, said, "'Horizontality' is our number one strategic objective and Srini’s additional role in India will be to ensure that we work together as effectively as possible to provide clients with effective and efficient solutions."
