Colgate brings Keep to India
Colgate-Palmolive has announced the launch of Keep, a metal handle toothbrush. 
 
The toothbrush has replaceable plastic heads through which the brand wants to tackle the problem of plastic waste.
 
According to a statement from Colgate, the metal handle reduces plastic by 80%. The packaging too has been made with 60% recycled cardboard.
 
Arvind Chintamani, vice president - marketing, Colgate-Palmolive (India), said, “ Colgate has a commitment to eliminate one-third of our new plastics and achieve 100% recyclable, reusable or compostable plastic packaging by 2025 - and the launch of Colgate Keep is a big step in that direction. This beautifully designed toothbrush will help people build more sustainable habits, while keeping their mouths clean and healthy and their smiles beautiful!”
