The agency had a good year with the addition of new businesses including LIC, UCO Bank, Yamaha Motors and UTV. However, the agency lost the business of Union Bank of India which they had won in 2009.
Following the move of Rajul Kulshreshta to head Kinetic, Sundeep Sharma has been elevated as the country head. Among other appointments, the agency roped in Niveditta Yadav to join the Mumbai branch, Deepika Sharma to focus on new media and head Interaction, as well as V Balachandran for handling national trading. Partha Ghosh, general manager, also exited the agency during the year. 
The agency managed a solitary gold for its Havells case study at Emvies 2010. 
With few changes in the top management and new accounts in the kitty, the agency had a fair run during the year, but that’s what it was: fair

Motivator was true to its positioning of being the media agency for Emerging Corporates. Client servicing and getting innovative solution for clients was the hallmark of the year. The fact that we did not lose any client is testimony to the positioning and the focus that we bring to the client’s business. Motivator won its first Gold at the EMVIES and was at No.7.
