Boopin expands North India presence with Gupta appointment

Boopin strengthens its India footprint with a Gurugram office launch and senior leadership hire to drive regional growth and client partnerships.

Boopin has announced the opening of a new office in Gurugram alongside the appointment of Anuj Gupta as head – north & east, marking a key step in its India expansion strategy. The move is aimed at strengthening the agency’s presence in the National Capital Region and enhancing its ability to service clients across North and East India.

With the launch of the Gurugram office, Boopin now operates across eight countries and more than 10 cities globally, positioning itself as a networked agency delivering locally relevant marketing solutions. In India, the agency now has a two-city presence, with its Bengaluru office catering to South India, while the new hub focuses on northern and eastern markets.

The expansion aligns with Boopin’s positioning as a client-centric agency offering performance-driven marketing solutions that integrate creativity, data intelligence and technology. The Gurugram office is expected to enhance the agency’s capabilities in integrated digital strategy, performance marketing and brand transformation mandates across sectors.

Gupta, who takes on the role of head – north & east, brings over two decades of experience across integrated marketing and media. His mandate will focus on establishing Boopin’s presence in the region, building client relationships and driving growth through strategic marketing interventions.

Over the course of his career, Gupta has held leadership roles at global agency networks including Havas Media Group, Starcom, Carat, Mudra Max and Cheil Worldwide. In his most recent role at Havas Media, he led strategic mandates for brands such as DS Catch Spices, Magicbricks, Sheela Foam and Zupee, among others.

The Gurugram launch underlines Boopin’s focus on expanding regional capabilities and deepening engagement with Indian brands.
