BOMBAYDC has appointed Milind Bibodi as delivery head, as the company focuses on scaling its delivery infrastructure for AI-led, behaviour-driven digital platforms. The move reflects a strategic emphasis on operational excellence as BOMBAYDC expands its global enterprise engagements.
Bibodi brings nearly 24 years of experience across enterprise IT and digital transformation programmes, with expertise spanning shared services, large-scale delivery operations and multi-market transformation initiatives. His background includes work across cloud, enterprise platforms and customer experience systems, areas that increasingly intersect with marketing technology and digital platform development.
In his new role, Bibodi will focus on building high-performance delivery systems designed to bring structure, governance and operational clarity to complex digital programmes. His mandate includes improving delivery predictability, accelerating execution timelines and ensuring consistent quality across projects. The objective is to translate strategic intent into scalable and reliable execution, particularly as brands and organisations demand integrated digital platforms that combine data, technology and customer experience.
Prior to joining BOMBAYDC, Bibodi held leadership roles at organisations including Systems Plus Solutions and Pivotree. Most recently, he served as global delivery and operations leader at AquaOrange, where he managed cross-functional teams of over 100 members, led multi-million-dollar programmes and drove enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
His experience across agile and hybrid delivery models, DevOps-led execution and KPI-driven governance frameworks is aligned with the increasing need for structured, performance-oriented delivery in digital and marketing ecosystems. As organisations invest in AI-enabled platforms and customer-centric solutions, the ability to deliver consistently and at scale has become a critical differentiator.
Siddhesh Pednekar, partner and coo, BOMBAYDC, said, “Digital platforms today are no longer just interfaces, they are intelligence systems that need to perform at scale. Milind brings the operational depth and discipline required to ensure our platforms don’t just get built well, but evolve, scale, and deliver outcomes consistently.”
Bibodi said, “BOMBAYDC is at a pivotal moment where design excellence, AI capability, and delivery discipline must come together seamlessly. The opportunity is to build systems that don’t just deliver faster, but deliver smarter, enabling teams to operate with clarity, predictability, and impact at scale.”
The appointment underlines BOMBAYDC’s continued investment in strengthening its delivery backbone to support increasingly complex, AI-native platforms across sectors including BFSI, enterprise and commerce. For marketing and digital transformation stakeholders, this signals a shift towards integrating strategy, design, data and execution within a unified platform approach.
As BOMBAYDC enters its next phase of growth, the company is positioning itself as a full-stack platform transformation partner, moving beyond design-led services to combine behaviour-driven insights, AI capabilities and execution frameworks. The focus remains on delivering measurable business outcomes while embedding intelligence not only in the platforms it builds, but also in the way these platforms are delivered and scaled.
