BBH Singapore features former Miss India in new British Airways campaign

A former Miss India, Manisha Kohli, has made her way into a British Airways commercial, by virtue of not just being a model, but also a part of the cabin crew on the flights operating between India and London.

The campaign, created by BBH Asia Pacific, is part of British Airways global brand campaign that launched in September this year. The new campaign uses the historical British Airways motto, "To Fly. To Serve", which has long been on British Airways aircraft and on the uniforms of pilots, cabin crew and ground staff.

Commenting on the campaign, Peter Callaghan, creative director, BBH Asia Pacific, said, “We are probably not the first to use a beautiful woman in an advert, but Manisha is so much more. Sure, she is beautiful, but she is actually part of the British Airways team, and so passionate about what she does. We felt she perfectly embodies  ‘ To Fly. To Serve.’

The OOH and print campaign will run in India in Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
