Bates 141 brings in Russell Barrett as ECD from Leo Burnett

Continuing its aggressive hiring spree, Bates 141 has hired Russell Barrett as executive creative director for its Mumbai office. Barrett (pictured) will be responsible for all the accounts being handled out of the Mumbai office including Virgin Mobile, Tata AIG, etc.
