Bajaj Dhuniverse finale to crown national voice

Bajaj Finserv concludes its digital-first music platform with a live finale, positioning the initiative as a long-term brand-building and talent discovery ecosystem.

Bajaj Finserv is set to culminate its digital-first music talent platform, Bajaj Dhuniverse, with a grand finale on March 31 in Mumbai. The initiative will unveil the ‘Voice of the Nation’ in the presence of composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, marking the final stage of a nationwide talent discovery programme.

Positioned as one of India’s largest digital-first music talent searches, Bajaj Dhuniverse has been designed as a scalable, technology-led platform aimed at democratising access to opportunity. Over six months, the platform attracted over 60,000 aspirants, who participated through audio and video submissions, eliminating the need for physical auditions and expanding reach across geographies.

The campaign reflects Bajaj Finserv’s broader brand philosophy of enabling aspiration and nurturing talent. By creating a structured pathway for discovery, mentorship and recognition, the platform extends the brand’s narrative beyond financial services into cultural and creative domains.

The finale will feature live performances by ten finalists and one wild-card entrant, all shortlisted by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy through a multi-layered evaluation process. The winner will co-create Bajaj’s sonic identity with the trio and produce an independent album with Zee Music Company, integrating talent discovery with long-term brand association.

Manav Mianwal, president – digital platforms, Bajaj Finserv, said, “We owe it to the nation and our people to invest in creating platforms that harness potential and create new role models. We continue to invest in platforms across performing arts, sports, technology and culture, and Bajaj Dhuniverse is one of our long term commitments. The response we have received in Year 1 gives us the tailwinds and the courage to make this even bigger and better in Year 2.”

Shankar Mahadevan said, “What stood out to me about Bajaj Dhuniverse was the intent to find and elevate musical talent from all corners of India. The digital-first approach has made participation genuinely inclusive, bringing forward exceptional voices that deserve to be heard.”

Ehsaan Noorani added, “The range, depth and commitment we witnessed during evaluations were extraordinary. The quality of talent coming from across the country has been truly inspiring.”

Loy Mendonsa said, “India has always had immense musical talent. Bajaj Dhuniverse created a platform where musicians could step forward and be discovered. It has been a deeply rewarding experience, and I look forward to the finale."

Bajaj Dhuniverse demonstrates a shift towards platform-based brand building, where sustained engagement replaces short-term campaigns. The initiative leverages digital infrastructure to create an inclusive ecosystem, enabling participation from metros, small towns and rural regions alike.

The campaign achieved scale without reliance on television or high-decibel mass media, instead focusing on digital reach and accessibility. Entries opened on November 7, 2025, and closed on January 8, 2026, reflecting strong organic interest and engagement.

Through mentorship-led content and episodic storytelling, the platform maintained audience engagement throughout its lifecycle, culminating in a hybrid finale that will be both on-ground and streamed nationwide.

By integrating talent discovery with brand identity creation, Bajaj Finserv positions Bajaj Dhuniverse as a long-term property. The initiative not only builds cultural relevance but also reinforces the brand’s commitment to enabling excellence across domains.
