Apac Effies 2019: Ogilvy India is agency of the year

The agency also bags the Grand Effie; Vodafone India is brand of the year

Apac Effies 2019: Ogilvy India is agency of the year
Ogilvy India was crowned agency of the year at the Apac Effie Awards that were held in Singapore on 25 April. 
 
The agency bagged the Grand Effie for Vodafone 'Sakhi'. The entry also won the agency a Gold. The agency also bagged a Gold each for 'The Real Engine of the Truck' for Castrol and 'Savlon Swasth India Mission' for ITC. 
 
The wins helped Vodafone India bag the brand of the year accolade. 
 
Also among Gold winners on the night was FCB Ulka. The agency's win came for 'Sindoor Khela - No Conditions Apply' for The Times of India. 
 
Ogilvy was also awarded the agency network of the year. 
 
The Womb bagged second place in the independent agency of the year standings. The agency bagged a Silver for the Saregama Carvaan.
