Aegis Media rolls out a BTL arm

Aegis Media has launched a 360-degree marketing solutions unit, Carat Fresh Integrated.

The new entity has been formed as a partnership between Aegis Media and Fresh IMCS, an independent integrated marketing solutions company headed by Linterland's ex-president, Debashis Das.

Carat Fresh Integrated will operate as an independent profit centre. Das will take over as the country head of the newly-formed unit and will report to Ashish Bhasin, chairman India & CEO South East Asia, Aegis Media.

Fresh IMCS will bring with it all of its 18 employees as well as a clutch of clients such as Bayer, Lootmart, Mills & Boons, Olympus and Future Logistics. “Having pioneered integrated marketing solutions in India at Lintas IMAG, I am a big believer in the power of through-the-line marketing. I am very happy we are launching Carat Fresh Integrated, as it will combine the entire gamut of integrated marketing with Carat’s superior media and consumer knowledge,” said Bhasin.

Added Das, “The emergence of Carat Fresh Integrated will not only give our clients the best of both worlds but will also make us the front runners.”
