Lowe Lintas and Partners relaunches Linteractive

Will partner Interactive Avenues for search, media execution; CMO Vikas Mehta to head division

Lowe Lintas and Partners relaunches Linteractive

Lowe Lintas & Partners has announced the relaunch of full-service digital division Linteractive. Vikas Mehta, chief marketing officer, Lowe Lintas and Partners, has been given additional responsibility of heading the division.

Lowe had announced an exclusive partnership with IPG’s full-service digital agency Interactive Avenues last year.

The relaunched Linteractive will be part of Lowe Lintas & Partners India, and will partner Interactive Avenues for execution in areas like SEO, SEM, technical development, and online media planning and buying, informed an official statement.

The attempt is to mainline the digital offering and approach it as an integrated offering, according to the agency. The division is expected to work with Lowe clients as well as handle standalone clients as a digital agency.

Joseph George, CEO, Lowe Lintas and Partners, said, “The relaunch marks Lowe Lintas and Partners’ broader vision of strengthening its group offerings and our proven ability to deliver in-market success for our clients. Linteractive will work closely with brand teams and Interactive Avenues in conceiving and executing ideas that consumers want to belong to and get involved with.”

Vikas Mehta, CMO, Lowe Lintas and Partners, added, “With Linteractive, we are making a decisive move towards mainlining digital and embedding it into the core of all our offerings including advertising, PR, activation, brand consulting and so on. We believe that digital disciplines have become too crucial to brand success to be treated like a specialist-only function.”

The division, which will start off with offices in Mumbai and Delhi, plans to set up its presence in Bengaluru soon.
