Harsha Joshi joins Spatial Access as CEO

Spatial Access has brought Harsha Joshi on board as the chief executive officer, responsible for buying audits across the globe, including India. She is part of the five-member team that is leading the expansion plans of the firm.

Prior to this, Joshi was with Madison as chief operating officer, media buying and content, for 11 years.

Commenting on the appointment, Joshi said, “After years of being on the media agency side, it was time for me to explore new challenges. What was exciting about Spatial Access is that it gave the opportunity to use my experience over the last 20 years as well as step into a completely new business perspective. The chance to expand my boundaries across the globe to new markets, services and technology is very exciting. The senior management team at Spatial Access are all shareholders and partners in the venture and this is “our” company. We are now taking on the responsibility of building on the incredibly solid foundations laid by Meenakshi.”

Meenakshi Madhvani, managing partner, said “Spatial Access has grown both within India and outside the country. We have some revolutionary ideas and concepts that need to be nurtured and championed. In addition to heading all the buying audits in India, Harsha is going to be working with me on our regional expansion plans. Spatial Access is already well established in India and we hope to cover the APAC region in the next 12 months. We have been working in Thailand and Indonesia and have also done projects in Pakistan. Now with Harsha on board we will be adding markets & different buying audit services to our base.”
