Video: Campaign For Dignity Jury Meet

Hear what Abhijit Avasthi, Amer Jaleel, Ashish Chakravarthy, Josy Paul and Raj Kamble had to say on the entries

The jury met on 8 February 2014 to choose 50 shortlists for the first edition of the Campaign for Dignity print ad competition (link to shortlists story below). These shortlisted print creatives will be published as a book, and the final winners among these will be announced at an awards ceremony in Mumbai on 1 March 2014.

Judging over 280 entries from India and Pakistan were Abhijit Avasthi, NCD, Ogilvy & Mather; Amer Jaleel, NCD, Lowe Lintas and Partners; Ashish Chakravarty, NCD, Contract Advertising; Josy Paul, chairman and CCO, BBDO India; Raj Kamble, CCO, Strawberryfrog India; and Gokul Krishnamurthy, editor, Campaign India.

The brief was to create a print ad that encourages and inspires people to treat the elderly with dignity. This is a joint initiative of Dignity Foundation and Campaign India. At least one member of the team entering the ad had to be under 30 years of age.
