Bombay Dyeing and TOI have launched an initiative titled #TakeBackSleep, which focuses on the need of the hour, adequate sleep.
 
Aimed at the urban Indian population, the campaign sheds light on the various effects of sleep deprivation and highlights the importance of adequate sleep.
