Salman Khan to host Bigg Boss 4
Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been brought in by Colors to host the fourth edition of their reality television show Bigg Boss. The show will go on air later this year. With Salman Khan on board, Colors has looked to change the role of their host: he will be shown ridiculing and reprimanding the inmates present in the Bigg Boss house and being only friendly to those contestants who will play it clean and stay out of all the politics in the house.
Colors restructures programming team
Colors has announced structural changes in its programming team. The channel has roped-in Siddharth Bahuguna to head its non-fiction shows. The entire fiction content has been divided into four time-blocks and each block will have a separate fiction team driving the respective block. The four fiction blocks will be headed by Anju Kapoor, Devyani Rale, Sumeet Saincher and Shivani Shah. All the fiction block heads and Siddharth Bahuguna will report into Ashvini Yardi, Colors’ programming head.

Colors has launched two new shows to its programming kitty - India's Got Talent Season 2 and Thoda Hai Bas Thoda Ki Zaroorat Hai.
Priyanka Chopra to host Fear Factor - Khatron ke Khiladi's IPL edition
Colors, Viacom18's Hindi general entertainment channel, has roped in Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra to host this year’s Special IPL Edition of ‘Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi’. This year, the show will have 13 cricketers (Indian as well as international) competing with each other.
