Spikes Asia 2023: Two entries from India shortlisted in Innovation category
The organisers of Spikes Asia have announced the shortlists in the 'Innovation' category.
 
Among the 29 entries, 10 have been shortlisted. Two of these shortlists come from India. 
 
Dentsu Creative has one shortlist for TVS Motor Company's 'The Responsible Manhole'.
 
VMLY&R also has a shortlist for its entry 'The Killer Pack' for Maxx Flash.
 
Shortlisted entrants will present their work to the jury for the next round of judging.
 
Claudia Cristovao, head, Google Brand Studio, Google, APAC, and jury president, Innovation, said, "'More needs, less trends' - this year's Innovation finalists reflect the challenges of 2022. There is less hype, and more sobering attempts to make meaningful change in the world. We’re seeing work that is fun and whimsical, to help inspire what's next.”

The Innovation Spikes celebrate ground-breaking innovation, technology and problem solving. The diverse and distinctive work that emerges from APAC is always highly anticipated for this category and this year’s showing doesn’t disappoint. I’d like to extend my thanks to the Innovation jury for their hard work in shortlisting this body of work.”
 
Shortlists for the other categories will be announced on 2 and 3 March. 
Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be announced on 7 March. The Grands Prix and special award winners will be announced on 9 March.
