'Sending 10 old guys to Cannes doesn't qualify as training': Elvis Sequeira

We ask industry leaders for a learning from 2017 and an expectation from 2018

'Sending 10 old guys to Cannes doesn't qualify as training': Elvis Sequeira
Campaign India starts the countdown to the new year with an industry leader putting down one learning from 2017 and an expectation from 2018.

Here's what Elvis Sequeira, COO, Hakuhodo India, has to say:

One big learning from 2017...

If you aren't a 'technology' company and you have more than 150 people, you're going to be extinct before 2019.

An expectation from 2018...

I expect advertising agencies to stop splurging on exorbitantly priced award shows and pay or train their young people instead. (No, sending 10 old guys to Cannes doesn't qualify as training).
