Rediffusion Y&R wins creative duties for TATA Realty and Infrastructure project

 

Rediffusion Y&R has won the creative duties of TATA Realty and Infrastructure and will get to work immediately on the Ramanujan IT SEZ, Chennai Project. The win is attributed to Rediffusion Y&R’s credentials and past project endeavors. The creative mandate will be managed out of the head office in Mumbai.
 
Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Sons and is to serve as a real estate and infrastructure development arm. Ramanujan IT SEZ is a mixed use facility to be developed as a result of a joint venture between TATA Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Tamil Nadu Investment Development Corporation (TIDCO). 
 
Commenting on the win, Nisha Singhania, executive vice president and branch head, Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai, said, “We have a lot of experience in the realty sector and it is this experience that has really helped us win this business. We look forward to creating some path breaking work for Tata Realty.”
 
Speaking on the development, Siddhartha Singh, business head, Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai, said, “It will be interesting working on the project. Our work will revolve around TRIL’s Ramanujan IT SEZ, Chennai Project and will focus on the crucial facets of the project bringing together its core benefits and streamlining its brand essence.”
