Paroma Ganguly joins iris Delhi as planning director

Moves from Citizen Dentsu

Paroma Ganguly joins iris Delhi as planning director
iris India has announced the appointment of Paroma Ganguly as planning director. Ganguly joins the agency from Citizen Dentsu (Dentsu Aegis Network's government and social sector practice).

The agency had recently roped in Chaitali Dasgupta as creative director.

Mark Hadfield, regional planning director, iris, said, “Paroma is the perfect example of what we look for in our people: lots of ambition, lots of energy, lots of skill and lots of hunger to change traditional industry norms. I have chatted to Paroma about several roles within the network over the past year and I am thrilled to have finally captured her! I know she will help grow our clients’ businesses through positive challenge and great strategy.”

Ganguly said, “I’m really excited to come onboard at a time when iris is setting out on a mission to help clients understand that challenging the status quo and being bold is the only way to move their businesses forward. I looking forward to helping establish iris as a strategic partner for clients - current and future, and explore the catalytic role that planning can play in the mission that we have set out to achieve.”
