NDTV appoints Sucherita Kukreti as Senior Executive Editor and Prime Time Anchor

NDTV has announced the appointment of Sucherita Kukreti as Senior Executive Editor & Prime Time Anchor, NDTV India.

A journalist with more than two decades of experience, Kukreti has worked across leading television networks including India TV and Republic Bharat. At India TV, she gained recognition for her reporting and anchoring on key national issues. In her later stint at Republic Bharat, she hosted the channel’s flagship debate show Mahabharat, becoming a prominent face of Hindi television news.

Fluent in both Hindi and English, Kukreti is known for her ability to anchor both Hindi debates and English broadcasts with equal command. She holds a degree in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, and has been honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award for excellence in journalism.

Speaking about her new role, Sucherita Kukreti said, “Joining NDTV India feels like a return to meaningful journalism. I am excited to be part of a legacy that values integrity, depth, and spirited discussions.”
