MEC bags DNA’s media duties

MEC has been awarded the media AOR for the DNA business.

Diligent Media Corporation Limited, which owns DNA (Daily News & Analysis), is a joint venture between two industry majors – Dainik Bhaskar Group and Zee. DNA is published from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
 
Gautam Dalal, vice president - marketing, DNA, said, “MEC has an excellent track record. With their 'Active Engagement' philosophy, we will be able to engage and interact with our audiences in a unique way. Their buying clout will help us do this in the most cost efficient way.”
 
“2011 has begun well for us. After Flipkart last month, we are happy to have bagged the DNA business this month,” said Manjiri Kamat, managing partner, MEC. “This is the first time that we will be handling a publication group as a client. The Company has just launched a multi-media 'India Positive' campaign. There is lots more to come.”
