Karan Shroff appointed VP-marketing at Unacademy
Karan Shroff has joined online education platform Unacademy as vice president - marketing. He moves from Xiaomi where he was head of brand marketing. 
 
Gaurav Munjal, co-founder and CEO, Unacademy, said, "The company has been growing exponentially over the last year and we are happy about Karan joining Unacademy and further strengthening the organisation. We are working towards adding newer categories and growing the existing ones. We have just begun and the road ahead is extremely exciting. Moving ahead, Karan would be instrumental in giving our brand a voice and showcasing the true strength of the Unacademy platform."
 
Shroff said, “I believe in Unacademy’s vision for quality education and after meeting with Gaurav, I was convinced that I could contribute immensely towards this vision. There are some exciting times in store for the company considering their incredible growth in recent years and I look forward to being a part of it.”
 
Unacademy is going to release its first ATL brand campaign soon, informed a statement.
