JWT appoints worldwide digital director

JWT has appointed Republic Family's CEO, David Eastman (pictured), to the newly created role of worldwide digital director. Eastman will report to Bob Jeffrey, worldwide CEO of JWT, and will oversee strategy and the management of digital disciplines within JWT, RMG and all its subsidiary companies as well as integrating digital assets and managing activation and through-the-line marketing within the network.

JWT has appointed Republic Family's CEO, David Eastman (pictured), to the newly created role of worldwide digital director. Eastman will report to Bob Jeffrey, worldwide CEO of JWT, and will oversee strategy and the management of digital disciplines within JWT, RMG and all its subsidiary companies as well as integrating digital assets and managing activation and through-the-line marketing within the network.

"Digital is at the core of our business, and David Eastman will be responsible for integrating our many digital assets and overseeing activation and through-the-line marketing throughout the network to ensure we are maximising resources, sharing knowledge and collaborating efficiently and effectively in order to create winning ideas for our clients," said Jeffrey in a statement.

Prior to Republic Family, Eastman spent seven years at Agency.com where he was president and worldwide chief executive.
