India has 27 finalists at New York Festival

India has 27 finalists in total at the 2010 New York Festival International Advertising Awards. The agencies that have won this year include Leo Burnett, Grey Worldwide India, Dentsu, Out of the Box, Beehive and Telibrahma.   The finalists are as follows:

India has 27 finalists in total at the 2010 New York Festival International Advertising Awards. The agencies that have won this year include Leo Burnett, Grey Worldwide India, Dentsu, Out of the Box, Beehive and Telibrahma.   

The finalists are as follows:

In Art & Technology, under the copywriting category, Leo Burnett has a finalist for Sambhavna Trust’s Citizens for Bhopal. Also, Grey Worldwide India has a finalist in the Structural Innovation category, for Coromandel Fertilisers Business Card.
 
In Avant Garde, Grey Worldwide India has two finalists. In the Ambient category, it has a finalist for Ojus Medical Institute’Saids Mask and another in the Innovative Use of Media category for Coromandel Fertilisers’ Coromandel Fertilisers Business Card. 
Leo Burnett has four finalists under Avant Garde. In the Guerrilla: Indoor category, it has a finalist for Mumbai railway police’s Backpocketing. It has another three finalists in the category Innovative Use of Media for Tide’s Ketchup and yet another for Tide (Ink/Oil/Ketchup). The fourth finalist is for Whisper ‘Wrapper.’
 
In Collateral, Beehive, Leo Burnett and Grey Worldwide India each have a finalist. In Business to Business Products, Beehive has a finalist for Tourism Malaysia’s Cave Exploration. 
 
Again, in the category Business to Business Products, Grey Worldwide India has a finalist for Coromandel Fertiliser’s Business Card.  Leo Burnett has a finalist in the Consumer Promotions category for Tide’s Ink/Oil/Ketchup.  
 
Under Design, there are two finalists. Out of the Box has one finalist in the category Brand Building/Promotion for Presidium’s Bedsheets, while Grey Worldwide India has another finalist in the Stationary category, for Coromandel Fertiliser’s Business Card.
 
In Interactive and Digital, Hungama Digital Media has a finalist in the Best Use of Medium/Banners category for Samsung Marine. Telibrahma has a finalist in the Bluetooth Advertising category for Sprite@ cricket stadiums. In the Use of Mobile Consumer category, Dentsu Communications has a finalist for Singing for a green 2010. 
 
In Outdoor, Leo Burnett India has four finalists. This includes Tide’s Ink for the Best Use of Medium/Posters category;  Bajaj Exhaust Fans’ Fish in the Home Appliances and Furnishings category. There is also a finalist for Tide ‘Ink’ in the Home Products/Services category. 
The fourth finalist is for Tide’s Ink/Oil/Ketchup in the Home Products/Services category. Grey Worldwide India also has a finalist for Ojus Medical Institute’s AIDS Mask under Healthcare. 
 
In Print, Leo Burnett has four finalists. One is for Tide (Coffee/ Egg/ Ink/ Ketchup) in the Best Use of Medium/Magazine category and in the same category, it has another finalist for Tide (Coffee). In the Home Products/Services category, it has two finalists. One is for Tide- Coffee while another for Tide’s Coffee/egg/Ink/Ketchup. 
 
Dentsu has a finalist for Aircel’s Save our Tigers in the category Civic/Social Education in Print as well as Film and Cinema.  
In addition to the above, Multi Screen Media or MSM has 13 finalists in the Television and Film awards category for various sub categories including Editing, Best soundtrack, Best sports promotion and copywriting- promotion spot. In the Television and Film awards category CTV News also a finalist as does Big Animation.
