Increase in new business billings, pitches in 2023

New business billings for creative agencies increased by INR 63.1 crore in February 2023 to reach a total for INR 127.4 crore in the year so far. This is a 20% growth over 2022, during which Indian agencies bagged new accounts worth INR 106.2 crore. 

 

While the billings increased, the number of accounts bagged by agencies in February 2023 were 66, compared to 68 in February 2022.

 

In the media agency fraternity, billings increased by 82.9% to reach INR 96.8 crore. In 2022, the billings for the first two months were INR 53 crore. In terms of accounts, agencies bagged 26 new accounts in February 2023. In 2022, the number was 12.
