Goafest 2012: Wrap-up of Day One

Day One at Goafest 2012 began with the industry honchos doing the lamp lightning ceremony as part of the opening proceedings for the seventh advertising conclave.

The first set of sessions were conducted by Publicis Groupe's Jean-Yves Naouri and Omnicom Group's Tim Love.

Coca-Cola's Jonathan Mildenhall held the next session highlighting 'The Liquid Approach'.

Post the lunch break, Intel's Jayant Murty addressed the audience and spoke about building brands in the times of multiple degrees of freedom.

His session was followed by a panel discussion on 'ideas that impact the full circle' was moderated by CNBC TV18's Anuradha Sengupta.

In the end, Leo Burnett's KV Sridhar (Pops) presented an ASCI session on 'How will ads look in a world of Censorship'.
