DY Works brings in Lakshmi Iyer as VP - marketing

DY Works has appointed Lakshmi Iyer as vice president - marketing. She joins the agency from Better Communications, where she was vice president - marketing and group account head. She had spent 15 years with the agency.

On the appointment, Alpana Parida, president, DY Works, said, "Our nature of work requires people from a strong branding and communications profile and Lakshmi has a combination of both. We are very pleased to have her join the DY Works’ family."

Iyer added, "This exciting role is a logical next step for me. I look forward to working with the team and building the client portfolio further."
