Bates CHI & Partners has announced the appointment of Anindya Ghosh as senior planning director and Sohini Das as group planning manager.In September 2012, the agency had roped in Sourabh Mishra as group chief strategy officer.

Based in Mumbai, Ghosh and Das are expected to drive strategic planning for brands across offices.

On the new appointments, Sanjay Thapar, chief executive officer, Bates CHI & Partners, said, “We are very happy to welcome Anindya and Sohini to Bates CHI & Partners. We strongly believe that sound strategic thinking is the foundation for a great creative product that will work for our clients. Our investment in building a robust strategic planning team reiterates our commitment to this belief.”

Ghosh moves from Publicis India where he was planning director.

Das moves from Engrave.in where she was head of marketing and business development, after a stint at VIP Industries.
