Bharti AXA underlines commitment to customers at claims stage

WATCH the ad film created by Publicis Ambience

Bharti AXA, present in India in the life and general insurance categories, has launched a campaign to underline its commitment to customers during settlement, through a  'dedicated claims handler'.

Created by Publicis Ambience, the TVC showcases a hapless customer running from pillar to post to complete insurance paperwork required at the time of making a claim. The Hindi film song 'Aap Yahan Aaye' plays in the backdrop, conveying the angst of this consumer. Enter 'the dedicated claims handler' from Bharti AXA, and the claim process is shown being handled from end to end. The film signs off with a statement on AXA's presence in 57 countries.

Sandeep Ghosh, chief executive officer and managing director, Bharti AXA Life, said, "In line with our overall objective of redefining the category, we are signalling our commitment to customers through this campaign. We recognise that the customers today are looking for relevant solutions that address their expectations. Claim settlement is one such moment of truth - when the family of the policy holder is in distress due to an unfortunate incident in their lives. At this time what they expect from the insurance company is promptness and care. We have made significant changes in our service delivery framework to bring this solution to our customers."

The nationwide campaign went on air on 8 February and will run  across major channels in prime time slots for a period of five weeks.\
