Apac Effie 2014: Twelve shortlists from India, six from Lowe

Organisers have announced shortlists for the Apac Effie Awards 2014 competition. Of 99 entries shortlisted, 12 are from India.

Lowe Lintas and Partners accounts for six of the 12 shortlists from India, three of them for ‘Idea Honey Bunny’ (in multiple categories). Other work from the agency in the race for metal are ‘Help a child reach five’ and ‘100% Natural. Seeded.’ for Hindustan Unilever, besides ‘The Good Guys’ (Bandhe achche hain) for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

McCann WorldGroup India has two shortlisted entries: ‘Women For Women’ for Johnson and Johnson and ‘How Coca-Cola won the Battle for Indian Teens’.

Grey India’s ‘Green Fold’ for Killer Jeans has been shortlisted in two categories.

BBH Communications India’s ‘Vat Man’ for Diageo India, and PHD India’s ‘Good Life Club’ for Hindustan Unilever are the other entries shortlisted from India.

Winners are to be announced at the awards night on 3 April in Singapore.
