Vitamin Stree celebrates active women; says 'fit is not a body type'

Vitamin Stree, a YouTube channel from Supari Studios, which focuses on cultural, artistic and ideological perspectives that are shaping the lives of women in contemporary India has rolled out a new film.
 
The film positions itself as a fitness anthem. It features a montage of 46 athletes doing different activities to push home the message that 'fit is not a body type'. It believes fitness can be achieved by women even if one doesn't have the 'perfect body'.   
 
The film was published on YouTube on 6 September 2016.
