Samsung takes a dig at Apple, says 'upgrade to Galaxy'

Watch the film conceptualised by Wieden+Kennedy Portland here

Samsung is back with its latest dig at the Apple iPhone with a film for its Galaxy range of phones.

The film shows how a man was smitten by Apple back in 2007 with the first generation iPhone. Since then, while he has been excited about new launches from Apple, the man has suffered at crucial times since Apple has been slower to grace the technology Samsung uses with its Galaxy range.

The digs show how the man has suffered over the years even though he's purchased the latest generation iPhone after standing in queues. The issues he faces are with non-expandable memory, a smaller screen, not being water resistant, the head phone jack and the lack of wireless charging. Cut to the present, the man's decided to leave the queues and get himself a Samsung Galaxy.

The film was published on 5 November 2017 on Samsung Mobile USA's YouTube page.
