Policybazaar gets Kapil Sharma to educate doc, says check options before issuing health policy cheque

Watch the ad film conceptualised by Lowe Lintas here

Policybazaar.com has rolled out a TVC that features comedian Kapil Sharma focused on health insurance. Conceptualised by Lowe Lintas, this is the third time the e-commerce company has featured Sharma in its campaign, with the first two targeting car and life insurance.

This film is set in a doctor's clinic. Sharma is shown feeling his chest as he asks the doctor to check him. The doctor asks him for a minute and says that he's making a cheque – for health insurance. Sharma gets off the bed and asks the doctor to sit on it instead. He starts examining the doctor while educating him about health insurance. The doctor looks clueless and Sharma checks his blood pressure, which has dipped immensely. He tells the doctor not to worry and prescribes PolicyBazaar.com, which has plans from 26 health insurance companies. As this explanation and examination are completed, Sharma holds his chest again and urges the doctor to check him.

The film went on air on 9 January 2016.
