HP lights up small businesses through digital education

Watch the film conceptualised by Simple Creative here

HP India has rolled out a campaign ‘walk to the light’, to highlight the journey of small businesses, emphasising the power of digital education in today's fast-changing world.

Conceptualised by Simple Creative, the film unfolds the story of 'Sajan Handicrafts,' a small shop battling fierce competition. Janaki, the resilient store manager, discovers a ray of hope in the form of a young girl named Lakshmi, as she steps in to assist Janaki by imparting her knowledge of digitalising the store, which includes digital inventory management, store discovery, and brand building – all made possible by the capabilities of an HP PC. As Diwali's auspicious light fills the air, Janaki pleasantly surprises her husband, Santosh, with their newly established digital presence, bringing boundless joy into their lives.

Prashant Jain, CMO, HP India, said, “Technology adoption by a small business can transform its operations. The ‘Walk to The Light’ campaign is inspired by the remarkable journey small businesses in India are taking to grow their businesses. This initiative underscores HP’s unwavering commitment to supporting these businesses and individuals. For us, this campaign is not just a story; it’s a celebration of digital capabilities revolutionising the local business ecosystem in India.”
