Varun Duggirala exits The Glitch
The Glitch's Varun Duggirala has stepped down from his role as co-founder and chief content officer.

Duggirala updated his LinkedIn profile to reflect his move.

His LinkedIn post read:

Organisations are so much more than the business itself. They’re stories of smaller moments, of emotions, ideas, energy, grit and heart. It’s these moments that become markers for the way organisations become living embodiments of the people who make them whole. In my (almost) 14 years of helping build and being a part of The Glitch. I’ve seen it from its inception when Rohit Raj and I quit our jobs just after a recession with an actual plan, it’s evolution into the powerhouse that it is under Pooja Jauhari. Every single person who’s been a part of this journey has helped shape and grow it amidst many a challenge. I’ve seen it become part of a larger family with VMLY&R & WPP and evolve in ways that went far beyond our wildest imagination. And today as I bid goodbye, all I’m leaving with is gratitude. That I could be a part of this whole and I leave with many a story and a feeling of warmth in my heart. What’s next? For now, I'm taking a pause to explore things I'm curious about in life.

In a career spanning over 15 years, he has also worked with Viacom and Channel V Media, among others.
