Thierry Vandewalle appointed managing director, Publicis Modem APAC

His focus will be on China where he will be managing director of Publicis Modem China in addition to his regional duties

Thierry Vandewalle appointed managing director, Publicis Modem APAC

Thierry Vandewalle, formerly CEO of Publicis Modem France, has been appointed managing director, Publicis Modem Asia-Pacific. He will have particular focus on the Chinese market where he will be managing director of Publicis Modem China in addition to his regional duties.

Vandewalle will be based in Shanghai prior to spending an initial period in Singapore.
The appointment follows a series of senior appointments and acquisitions by Publicis Modem Worldwide, including the acquisition of South Korean digital ad agency Portfolio.
