Team Airtel moves to Essence
GroupM has announced that 'Team Airtel' will be a part of Essence from 1 January 2019. 
 
Team Airtel was a unit created by GroupM when it bagged the media duties in 2015. Essence will work on offline and digital media strategy, planning and buying. The 30-member Airtel team will move to Essence and continue to service the account. It will be led by Yoginder Jain, vice president, client servicing, India at Essence. When the unit was created Mausumi Kar headed it. She has since moved to Motivator
