Vinod Prabhakar, chief financial Officer - South Asia, Grey Group (based in Mumbai), has passed away on 26 August. He succumbed to a massive heart attack in the morning, and breathed his last aged 45.
Prabhakar joined the organisation in 1991, when it was still called Trikaya Grey. He oversaw the agency's transition into the 'Grey Group'. He led the agency's diversification and acquisitions, with a devoted team that had been with him for over 15 years.
"A jovial, helpful and wonderful colleague, a doting father and a loving husband, Prabhakar will be missed by his innumerable friends and colleagues. He is survived by his wife Beena, his son, Vineet, his parents, brothers and relatives" said a statement issued in his memory by Grey.
