Time Square Media Services has launched its news and features website Network2media. The site, launched on May 11, deals in the out-of-home (OOH) B2B space.

The website was launched with the aim of offering “a credible and specialised media platform for OOH in India” and will carry daily news related to the OOH industry, besides interviews and guest columns from international and India-based OOH professionals. It also aims to feature technological developments in the out-of-home industry, digital signage and ambient media.

The project is backed by Rishi Jaiswal and the editor-in-chief of the website is senior journalist Kalyan Kar.

Jaiswal is an entrepreneur, who has spent almost a decade in the USA working with some blue-chip IT companies such as Infosys, BEA Systems among others, before returning to India.

Kar has been a business journalist for the past three decades. He has worked with Bennett, Coleman & Co., with The Economic Times as well as The Times of India. He also worked for the ABP Group for five years. In his last assignment, he was editor of exchange4media.com.
