Nachiket Pantvaidya joins Asianet as MD

Nachiket Pantvaidya, former group chief operating officer, Balaji Telefilms and CEO, ALTBalaji, has been appointed as managing director at Asianet News Media and Entertainment (AMEL).
 
Rajesh Kalra, executive chairman, AMEL, said, "I am delighted to welcome a leader like Nachiket to the AMEL family. With his background and significant achievements to boot, he adds signficantly to the capability of this wonderful team that is poised to take leadership position in all its areas of functioning."
 
He has also had stints with Sony Entertainment Television, Star TV Network and BBC.
