Melvin Jacob has joined Famous Innovations as creative head for its Bengaluru office. Jacob moves from Propaganda Digital where he was also creative head.

Jacob said, "Having worked across all kinds of setups, I found Famous' Hybrid approach most exciting for today's turbulent times. I've been following their work for several years and it's amazing how much they have grown in a short span of time. This step for me is a chance to build a truly future-facing ecosystem and I am glad to have complete support in doing that. I look forward to taking things to the next level with them."

Raj Kamble, founder and COO, Famous Innovations, added, "I couldn't have asked for a more versatile leader and creative team. Melvin's greatest strength is being able to go beyond traditional ideas and seamlessly integrate technology, new media, music, filmmaking, etc. with great consumer insights. The team that he has assembled is a great representation of the future of all ad agencies. All 120 of us are behind them and eagerly await the next chapter that they will write for the agency."

In his career spanning 21 years, he has also worked with McCann, Ogilvy, Lowe across Malaysia, Dubai and India.
