Law & Kenneth bags Harman India account

The focus initially will be on JBL; AR Rahman to be brand ambassador in India

Law & Kenneth bags Harman India account

Law & Kenneth has won the Indian business of Harman, the maker of audio and infotainment solutions .

Commenting on the win, Anil Nair, chief executive officer and managing partner, Law & Kenneth, said, "We could demonstrate to Harman International that we have the necessary capability to create an India specific strategy while aligning it to the global footprint. Our creative ideas were hugely appreciated by Harman team in USA and they felt that we could maintain the set standards for the brand. We will be handling the entire portfolio, however the focus is clearly on JBL followed by Harman Kardon."

On the mandate assigned to Law & Kenneth, Nair said, "JBL enjoys a high stature among the audiophiles in the country. Our task is to make it the brand of choice for the music lovers in the country. We are entrusted to build lasting relationships between real music lovers and JBL."

In India, AR Rahman is the brand ambassador for JBL’s 'Hear the truth' campaign, which will soon break on print, outdoor, digital and out of home.
