Mogal will report to Rakesh Thukral, managing director, Edelman India.

Thukral said, “As we welcome Jimmy to the team, we want to thank Roger for his tremendous contribution and leadership on the Tata business. Roger has played a key role in building and growing the relationship not just with the Tata teams but also our partners at Rediffusion. He has been an inspiring leader; driving creative programming for various campaigns, and guiding the teams towards success. We wish him success in his new role in South America. Jimmy will play an integral role in continuing to build on the operational efficiencies, organisational excellence and creative programming that we have been delivering for the Tata business in the last three years.
