Jack in the Box (JITB) Worldwide has won the Red Bull digital and production business in a hotly contested multi-agency pitch. The scope of work includes both the ongoing Formula 1 campaign around the Indian Grand Prix as well as the much-anticipated Red Bull Bedroom Jam project.

JITB will be responsible for producing video content for all the Red Bull projects as well as creating content and managing the digital platforms - the India website, the mobile site and social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

The Formula 1 campaign spans multiple projects over the next two months, of which the Red Bull Racing Can and the Red Bull Blogger Hunt are already live on digital platforms while Red Bull Bedroom Jam is slated for the last half of this calendar year.

Roopak Saluja, co-founder and managing director, Bang Bang Films and Jack in the Box Worldwide, said, “Red Bull's faith in us is testimony to the fact that film, digital and on-ground activation capabilities under the same roof is a truly potent combination.  Our offering and Red Bull's strategy have the potential to retain compatibility for a very long and successful partnership.”

Prashanth Challapalli, Business Head, Jack in the Box Worldwid, added, “Red Bull is a great example of how on ground events can be leveraged on digital platforms via video content. As a company that creates ‘Content-for-brands’, JITB is perfectly positioned to handle the entire scope of work from video production to web development and audience engagement.”
