Chocolate cafe chain Choko la assigns creative, digital duties to Law & Kenneth

Chocolate café chain Choko la has awarded its creative and digital mandate to Law & Kenneth. The account was won post a multi-agency pitch and will be handled by the agency’s Delhi office.

Ravi Pahuja, COO, Choko la, said, “The pitch presented to us by Law & Kenneth was very good. The creative inputs and ideas that we were looking for came out very well in their presentation. The agency is very charged up and excited about the work to be done for Choko la and we look forward to it.”

Currently, Choko la has 12 outlets at Delhi, Mumbai and Chandigarh. The brand is on an expansion drive and is looking at being present in the top 20 cities in India in the next one to two years, he added.

Pahuja said that the agency will create an ad film for cinemas, besides print and digital creatives.  A TVC would be created in the near future once the brand has strengthened its pan India presence, he added.

On the win, Anil Nair, Law & Kenneth, CEO and managing partner, said, “We are very excited to have Choko la on board. We look forward to doing some great work on the brand and endeavour to make it a strong national brand.” He added that the work will be retail-driven with the brand being on an expansion drive.

Choko la is the brainchild of Vasudha Munjal, a third generation entrepreneur from the Munjal family that runs Hero MotoCorp. Law & Kenneth also handles the creative duties of Hero MotoCorp.
