Chitralekha to embark on 60th anniversary celebrations

Chitralekha, the Gujarati magazine, completes 60 years of its existence in the marketplace this month. To celebrate the occasion, the company will be embarking on a media campaign on print, radio, outdoor to announce a series of contests that will offer readers a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Thailand and Goa. The contest will involve readers answering 60 questions over a period of four weeks.

Chitralekha, the Gujarati magazine, completes 60 years of its existence in the marketplace this month. To celebrate the occasion, the company will be embarking on a media campaign on print, radio, outdoor to announce a series of contests that will offer readers a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Thailand and Goa. The contest will involve readers answering 60 questions over a period of four weeks. Chitralekha’s anniversary issue is due in September this year. 
 
The commemorative Anniversary issue will co-incide with the publication’s anniversary celebrations. It will chart the history of the six decades of Chitralekha and India, written by experts and eminent personalities which include stalwarts like L.K. Advani, Javed Akhtar, Mukesh Ambani, Madhur Bhandarkar, Vallabh Bhansali, Bakul Dholakia, Boria Majumdar, Sam Pitroda, Jairam Ramesh, Julio Ribeiro, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kapil Sibal and Jignesh Shah among others. 
 
The publication’s anniversary celebration is being sponsored by Reliance Industries and will include a six city road show across Gujarat and Mumbai.
