Bhaskar Group hires Mohan Nair as GM and head-west ops

The Bhaskar Group has appointed Mohan Nair as its senior general manager and head – west operations. Nair (pictured) will oversee the group's sales and business operations in western region of India. He will be based in Mumbai.Before joining Bhaskar Group, Nair was working with Hindustan Unilever as regional business manager, east operations. He has also worked in companies including Modicare, Sterling Holiday Resorts and The Times of India group of publications.

The Bhaskar Group has appointed Mohan Nair as its senior general manager and head – west operations. Nair (pictured) will oversee the group's sales and business operations in western region of India. He will be based in Mumbai.

Before joining Bhaskar Group, Nair was working with Hindustan Unilever as regional business manager, east operations. He has also worked in companies including Modicare, Sterling Holiday Resorts and The Times of India group of publications.

Rajiv Jaitly, president – ad sales and marketing, Bhaskar Group said, "I am convinced that Mohan with his expertise and understanding of regional markets will be able to further consolidate our market presence and relationships, as a potent vehicle of communication."

Nair said, "Coming from the other side of the table, the need to I feel really excited about partnering and co-creating value propositions with the client thereby assisting him achieve his business objectives and look forward to compete and further consolidate leadership in all the markets where Bhaskar is present".
