AMES 2014: Ogilvy Mumbai wins Platinum, three Golds; is AoY for Media Strategy and Effectiveness

AMES 2014: Ogilvy Mumbai wins Platinum, three Golds; is AoY for Media Strategy and Effectiveness

Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai and Lowe Lintas and Partners India ensured that India accounted for two of three Platinum Awards announced at AMES 2014 (Asian Marketing Effectiveness & Strategy). Winners were announced in Singapore tonight.

In addition, Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai was awarded the Agency of the Year title in the Effectiveness and Media Strategy competitions.

Awards were bestowed in four categories: Data & Analytics, Digital Strategy, Effectiveness and Media Strategy. In total the juries awarded 137 entries from 14 countries, giving out three platinum, 19 gold, 49 silver and 66 bronze awards.

Effectiveness

Lowe Lintas and Partners of India won platinum for ‘Help a Child Reach 5’ for Unilever.

In addition, Gold awards went to Lowe for ‘100 % seeded natural’ for HUL and PHD for Kaan Khajura Teshan.

Media Strategy

Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai took home the platinum award for ‘Lifebuoy Roti Reminder’ for Lifebuoy Soaps, Hindustan Unilever.

It also won three Golds for the same piece of work in different sub-categories.
