Vi-John foam pitches smooth-as-butter shave with Khurrana in double role

Watch the ad film conceptualised by From Here On Communications here

Vi-John has rolled out a new TVC for its shaving foam. The film has been conceptualised by From Here On Communications and features newly appointed brand ambassador Ayushmann Khurrana in a double role.

The film opens with Khurana entering a salon. He greets someone before meeting his stylist, Nawab, also played by Khurana. The customer asks the stylist to weave his artistry. When the stylist asks for the type of shave he wants, with a pile of options: 'half shave', 'full shave', 'risky shave', 'brisky shave', 'sexy shave', 'goti shave' and the like. He asks for a 'makkhan shave' (butter shave) instead and hands the stylist a can of Vi-John shaving foam. The stylist applies the foam that is shown to be smooth, as a song kicks in. The film ends with a clean-shaven Khurana's 'makkhan gaal' (butter cheeks) attracting a woman's attention.

The film is currently on air.
