Vi empowers job seekers

Watch the film conceptualised by Ogilvy here

Vi has rolled out a campaign ‘Phoolo Phalo #SpeedSeBadho (be blessed with #SpeedUp), to highlight its jobs and education proposition.

Conceptualised by Ogilvy, the film features a young girl who aspires to become a sub-inspector. It opens with the protagonist entering a police station and all her male co-workers saluting her when she passes by. The voice-over says, 'if a man has to raise his hand, it should be to salute a woman'. The film depicts how Vi empowers the protagonist in her endeavour to fulfil her career goals. Armed with the skills the telecom provider gives her, she attains the skills and opportunities she needs to achieve her pursuit of becoming a government employee.

Avneesh Khosla, chief marketing officer, Vi, said, “Our vision is to create world-class digital experiences to connect and inspire every Indian to build a better tomorrow. In line with this, our offerings and solutions are uniquely curated to address the needs of our customers and help them thrive in this digital era. Our approach to deeply integrated partnerships helps us curate differentiated and relevant solutions for our customers. Our new campaign highlights Vi jobs and education proposition. It reinforces our commitment to enable our customers to unlock opportunities, gain a competitive edge, and march ahead in life to meet their career aspirations.”

The campaign went live during the T20 Cricket World Cup season on Disney+ Hotstar.
